(Next fastest was 14 business days) Needless to say, it was exactly what I was quoted, and actually completed in like 30 min. I read the reviews online, and briefly found it a bit curious that is be bringing my device to a house, but I suppose that's actually awesome, because it keeps prices low. Frank took a picture of the serial number on my PS5, and sent it to me. (That was classy and responsible!) When my repair was finished, he texted me pictures to show me it was successful. What a great experience, I'll happily give my repeat business. Best option for anyone who needs a console repaired, and back in your house asap!
