They not only sent back my switch with the mod chip installed, but they also reassured me that my console was tested and cleaned. I was extremely nervous and skeptical at first, but they CLEARLY put a lot of love, care, and consideration into making sure your belongings get back to you in a timely manner and clean/high functioning condition.
