A) If you’ve purchased your repair, then you’re ready to get it shipped out to us.

  1. Package your device carefully (pad it carefully with bubble wrap…especially the corners) and put it in a box. We recommend a 14x14x6 or similar sized shipping box for large game consoles (PS4, Xbox One, etc.) and a small flat rate box from the Post Office for handheld consoles like the Nintendo Switch.
  2. Include your order confirmation OR name, return address and phone number inside the box – this lets us know whose it is when it gets here.
  3. Put our address on the box. Please take it to your local shipping company. We use UPS, but you can you whatever service you like. 
  4. Ship your console only, no cables or accessories. Insurance is recommended but not required. 

 

Most repairs are completed within 24 hours. If we need a specific part, it might take a bit longer. We will contact you, or you can always track your repair.

Yes, if you are located within a thirty-mile radius, we come to you. Contact us for more details and to schedule an appointment.

Yes. Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty, including items purchased through our site. Warranty does not cover negligence.

Will will ship your console via UPS ground insured. For parts and accessories, we will use UPSP First Class. If you prefer any other shipping method, we can accommodate.
