I can’t say enough good things about Frank! I called to ask about a Nintendo Switch repair and he said he could take care of it, likely the same day... read more if I arrived by a certain time. I ended up arriving after that time due to a longer drive than expected, so I apologized for being late and told him not to worry about getting it done today as it was my fault for being late. However, he asked me to wait nearby and he’d take care of it in 20 minutes so I didn’t have to make the drive again. The repairs were even faster and he gave me back a fully functioning Switch in less than 20 minutes and for a very good price. I will definitely return in the future for any electronic repairs needed (because kids LOL). Thank you, Frank, for your kindness and quality work!
