  1. When payment is complete, be sure to write your Billing & Shipping information from your payment on a piece of paper and put it inside the box. This ensures that we will have a way to match your repair payment to your console when we receive it. You can also print out your order confirmation and put it in the box.
  2. Please do not ship any cords or controllers. We have everything we need to test your console.
  3. We recommend wrapping your console in bubble wrap and using a box that is approximately 14 x 14 x 6 for Xbox or PlayStation. You can also use a medium flat rate box from the USPS (the tall skinny one works best) for smaller devices like the Nintendo Switch. Please pad your item carefully (Especially the corners) to prevent breakage. Please note that an Xbox Series X weighs 12 pounds. Please use appropriate packaging and print a shipping label on a website like pirateship.com. This will save you money on shipping, please let us know if you have any questions.
  4. Add any relevant information regarding the console’s repair. Contact us if you have any questions.

Wayayeo will ship your package via UPS or FEDEX.  Please make sure your console is well protected when shipping. Once your console is repaired, it will be shipped promptly, and a tracking # will be provided. Feel free to give us a call with any questions that you might have.

General questions

A) If you’ve purchased your repair, then you’re ready to get it shipped out to us.

  1. Package your device carefully (pad it carefully with bubble wrap…especially the corners) and put it in a box. We recommend a 14x14x6 or similar sized shipping box for large game consoles (PS4, Xbox One, etc.) and a small flat rate box from the Post Office for handheld consoles like the Nintendo Switch.
  2. Include your order confirmation OR name, return address and phone number inside the box – this lets us know whose it is when it gets here.
  3. Put our address on the box. Please take it to your local shipping company. We use UPS, but you can you whatever service you like. 
  4. Ship your console only, no cables or accessories. Insurance is recommended but not required. 

 

Most repairs are completed within 24 hours. If we need a specific part, it might take a bit longer. We will contact you, or you can always track your repair.

Yes, if you are located within a thirty-mile radius, we come to you. Contact us for more details and to schedule an appointment.

Yes. Every repair comes with a 60-day warranty, including items purchased through our site. Warranty does not cover negligence.

We will ship your console via UPS or FEDEX ground insured. For parts and accessories, we will use USPS First Class. If you prefer any other shipping method, we can accommodate.
