We install & test
Your console gets a professional install, internal cleaning, fresh thermal paste, and a full functional test — completed within 24–48 hours of arrival.
Receive it back, ready to go
We ship it back free. You’ll set up your SD card with the required firmware files — the hardware side is done. Software setup is on your end.

The Kamikaze method is an advanced installation technique primarily used on Nintendo Switch OLED consoles when a standard DAT0 adapter is not used. It involves exposing and soldering directly to the DAT0 trace, requiring greater precision and carrying higher installation risk. When performed correctly, it provides the same stable and reliable result as other installation methods.

Both chips deliver the same core functionality. PicoFly is open-source and more budget-friendly. INSTINCT-NX is proprietary and slightly more expensive, but preferred by most customers for its reliability. Either choice gives great results.
